You may experience a little pressure or a ‘stinging’ sensation, like a slight pinch, as they’re being injected. We use a combination of Hyaluronic Acid and anaesthetic to provide a comfortable treatment.
Results can last from a few months to many years, depending on the type of filler used, what area of the face or body is injected and your individual metabolism. Your injector will work with you in your consultation to achieve your desired outcome.
Treatments usually take between 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the amount of filler.
Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen and excessive alcohol before and within 24 hours of the treatment to decrease the risk of bruising.
- No rubbing or massage of treated areas for at least 48 hours.
- Use Hydrate 24 hours after treatment.
- No strenuous exercise for 24 hours after treatment.
- Do not worry if treated areas feel firm, there will be some swelling, and possible bruises.
- No extreme hot and cold temperatures for 48 hours.
